Affirmations are a great way to create a positive mindset.

Daily Positive Affirmations. I am patient with difficult situations.

Patience can be elusive and difficult to find within ourselves. This is especially true if we are coping with a difficult situation. When we feel like outcomes are outside of our control, it can cause feelings of stress and anxiety.

Patience can counteract the stress, when we accept that we can't control what happens. Although we cannot control our circumstances, we can control our reaction to our circumstance. We can react with patience and peace, instead of anxiety and stress.

No matter what happens to us, we always have control over ourselves. We choose how we will react. Will our reaction be automatic? Or, will we take a step back, use patience, and take control of our mindset? Mindset is something that we do have control over, and even in the face of difficult circumstances we can choose to have a positive mindset.

When we are patient both with ourselves and our circumstances, we can find a feeling of peace. This allows us to flow with whatever happens, and make good choices even in difficult times.
