Kindness and compassion can help us live better lives. When we are kind to others, that kindness will come back multiplied. Kind actions help to inspire those around us to kindness as well.
When we are kind and compassionate with others, it helps to form deeper relationships with them as well. It makes other people feel like we understand them, and are open to their experiences.
It is important to be kind and compassionate to ourselves as well. This means, forgiving our own mistakes. We need to be gentle with ourselves, and all ourselves to take time to rest.
This world is always a better place when people act with kindness and compassion toward each other. It creates love and openness.
