Daily Positive Affirmations. I allow myself time for self-care. I take time to rest and recharge.

Taking time for rest and self-care is crucial for our mental and physical well being.

Our bodies and our minds need rest. If we are constantly moving, we can easily get exhausted and burned out.

Even if it feels like you have an endless to-do list, it is still important to prioritize yourself. Your health and well being are some of your most important resources.

When you get sick, it is hard to focus on anything else. That is why it is so important to focus on yourself before things get to that point.

There are many different types of self-care: Mental, physical, social, spiritual.

It is important to balance all different types of self care. When we take care of all aspects of our health, we will feel much better overall.

Take some time for rest and self-care today before you dive into the rest of the week.
