Affirmations to start the day.

Daily Positive Affirmations. I am calm and centered. I choose peace.

Our true nature is one of peace and love. Often through life's difficulties we forget this.

We grow up or are raised in ways that make us forget who we are. We spend our lives getting farther away from our true selves.

Then, in adulthood, we have to find our way back to all that we have forgotten. To that pure, perfect peace that is our inner nature.

When you can become calm and centered, you become deeply rooted in that inner peace again. You find your true nature.

Life is a journey of forgetting and remembering.

All it takes is one moment to remember your true nature, and to become one with yourself again.

This can be done through practices like meditation, yoga, mindfulness, journaling or deep breathing. All of these help us focus inward on the present moment.
