Having compassion for yourself can make such a huge difference to your life and your mindset.
When we have compassion for ourselves, we are able to forgive our mistakes and shortcomings. No one is perfect. When we have self-compassion, we accept these mistakes and imperfections.
You don't have to be perfect to be beautiful. Having compassion for yourself is knowing this. It is knowing that you can love yourself no matter what.
Compassion is a mix of love and kindness. When we love ourselves, and are kind to ourselves, it allows us to have room to grow. Love makes us strong.
When we have compassion with ourselves, we are more kind and gentle with ourselves. We realize that taking time for self-care is important.
